But I really can’t complain about it, we had some pretty amazing weather. The bees came out and enjoyed the sunshine for a few days, the sheep managed to have a few walks/feast on grass away from the fence for a few days and weeks till we sorted out our rams and then gave back the two that were on holiday which was towards the end of the month, and the day we gave them back we also put our two ewes into the barn, the weather was changing rapidly and we did not want them out any more then necessary plus we really wanted to put the fences away before they freeze up and get difficult to work with. Our two rams are in the freezer, they did really well, look really nice and healthy. The two rams that were on mating holiday should have done well, we only saw the black faces one doing any mating but you never know, Ewe-Ewe should have lambs beginning of March and Daisy beginning of April. It he succeeded.
We managed to do some walks as well, weather and health permitting, this was very nice too.Meddy enjoys any form of activity, she has found the joy of chasing wild animals so I need to keep an eye on her.
